What is the minimum Eligibility Criteria/ Qualification expected from a Dealer?

There is no such Criteria/ Qualification required. You should have the desire and willingness to do the business. The Company always tries to keep you updated with the Technical as well as Commercial knowledge by way of Training Programs. There is always a Resident Sales Engineer associated with the entire Dealer to cater to the day to day Business support.

I don’t have any experience in selling this range of products. Can I become your deal

Yes, you can be our dealer if you have an experience in Dealing with any kind of Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Products.

I am already selling a similar range of Products. Can I still become your Dealer?

Yes. It is subject to certain Terms And Conditions which are mutually agreed upon.

To become a Dealer do I need to have my own Office / Shop / Retail Outlet?

It is expected that the Dealer should have his own Office / Shop or Commercial Premises but not mandatory. You may operate from your residence. You only need to be Committed, Dedicated and Serious about the Business.

Do I have to Sign any MOU / Agreement with the Company ?

Yes a Dealer has to sign a Dealer Agreement.

Do I have to pay any Security Deposit ?

Yes a Dealer has to pay a Security Deposit ( Refundable).

I am not a person with Technical Background. Can I become your Dealer?

It is not necessary to have any prior technical knowhow of the products. You should have the basic understanding of business. The Company provides you all the necessary Technical support as and when felt necessary. Also, the Company provides a Specially Designed Product Knowledge Training to its Dealers.

I am located at a remote location. Does the Company offers any Special Discounts based on this?

No. The Discount structure All over the Country is the same. But the Company is Committed to providing All the necessary support / assistance to all the Dealers irrespective of the Geographical Location. The Dealer can always take advantage of Special Schemes (National or Regional) as offered by the Company from time to time.

Is the Dealership restricted to any specific Country / Continent?

No there is no such restriction. The only criterion is there should be Business Commitment.

Are there any Sales Commitment / Target that I have to fulfill?

Yes it is expected to fulfill the mutually agreed Targets and the Company is dedicated to provide all the necessary support to the dealer wherever felt necessary.

Is there a system for reviewing the Dealer Performance? How is the Dealer Performance Reviewed ?

Yes the Dealer Performance is reviewed every month . It is reviewed on the basis of Sales and also on the basis of Dealer Reporting .

Do I have to maintain some Stock Items with me?

It is expected/desirable that the entire Dealer maintain some Stock with them.

Is it necessary to have a dedicated man power for promoting Motwane range of products?

Yes it is expected/ desirable that you should have Dedicated Man Power to promote Motwane range of products else you yourself should be willing to take up the responsibility.

Is there any periodic data that I have to submit to the Company?

Yes the Dealer is required to submit some basic sales / activity data to the Company. It is done through some specific guidelines and formats which are very easy to understand and complete.
